Randy Nason
General Manager of Mitigation

A native of Old Town, Randy has worked for Keith Trembley Builder/Paul Davis Restoration for the past 13 years, one of our longest-serving employees.  For the past eight years, he has specialized in restoration work.  He is certified in water and smoke restoration and mold removal through the IICRC.

He served for four years in the United States Marine Corps.

Randy's many years of experience in both home building/remodeling and restoration work have given him a solid understanding of home construction.

Randy is very detailed, sincere, and extremely hard-working.  It is that work ethic and desire to learn that have made him one of the most knowledgeable and respected individuals in restoration in the state of Maine.  Over the years, Randy has earned his "Masters" designation in restoration.

He also attended the nationally acclaimed Chuck Dewalt School of Drying in Tennessee.  He is certified in Advanced Structural Drying.

Gary Proulx
Project Manager

Gary was born and raised in the Bangor area.  He graduated from Brewer High School, and from EMTC with honors.

Gary has been working here with Keith Trembley Builder since 2000 doing sales, construction design, project management, and general management duties.  Previously he worked at a local lumber yard doing sales, estimating, truss design, and general management for 13 years and at the Kitchen & Bath Center doing kitchen and bath design and cabinet construction work for 3 years.

Moe Newland
Project Manager

A native of Winterport, Moe joined Keith Trembley Builder/Paul Davis Restoration in 2000.  He has a wide range of experience in building and constuction, including seven years as a manager at Home Quarters in Bangor, where he was responsible, at one time or another, for almost every department in the store.

Very few people have gained the level of remodeling and reconstruction experience that he has.  Moe is also a dedicated family man.  Those family values extend to how he treats our customers-with concern and sincerity. 

He has done almost every type of remodeling project.  He has extensive knowledge and design experience in additions to the home, kitchen, and bath projects.  He also specializes in water and fire damage restoration.

Bob Cyr
Project Estimator

Bob has worked for Keith Trembley Builder/Paul Davis Restoration since 2003.  Previously, he spent eight years as a program coordinator for Americorps in Bangor, working with non-profit groups that develop affordable housing.  Bob has also worked as a trades instructor in the Job Corps Center in Bangor, teaching plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.

Bob is always volunteering his time to help others.  We have received many wonderful letters about Bob during the years he has been working here, thanking us for his outstanding service.  He always goes the extra mile to help our customers.  His project lists include restoring many large entire homes.

Dan Trembley
Project Estimator

A native of Old Town, Dan received his B.S. degree in civil engineering from the University of Maine in 1989 and his M.S. in engineering and global operations management from Clarkson University in 2003.

Dan has extensive experience in the construction industry, ranging from carpentry to engineering and managing multi-million-dollar expansion projects from Fortune 500 companies.  Projects have included kitchen and bathroom remodels, basement finishing, additions, new home construction, and commercial projects.  His organizational and troubleshooting skills, combined with his attention to detail, have been invaluable in the successful completion of these projects.

Dan has worked on a number of projects for Keith Trembley Builder over the years and has worked full-time for the company since 2006.

Joe Ouellette
Project Estimator

A native of Orono, Joe joined Keith Trembley Builder/Paul Davis Restoration during the summer of 2007.  Previously, he worked for J.M. Brown, Inc., a general contractor in Hermon, and Fastco, a mechanical contractor in Lincoln.  He also worked in the building materials and hardware business.

Joe's strengths include his understanding of the building process and his ability to relate to customers.  Joe's specialty is completing small home restoration projects for homeowners who have suffered water or fire damage, whether it be only carpet replacement, drywall repair, painting, or complete kitchen and baths.  Joe has extensive experience in those areas.  He is IICRC certified in water damage restoration.

Sonia Bourgoin
Project Scheduler

A native of Fort Kent, Sonia started working for Keith Trembley Builder/Paul Davis Restoration in 2005.  Previously, she spent 12 years in the restaurant business, including five years as a restaurant manager.

Sonia says she learned customer service by working in and managing the restaurant.  She also learned crisis management from dealing with both customers and employees.
